Billing questions
When am I billed?
Monthly, on the 25th. Your first charge is pro-rated to the 25th, and extra Umphakathi agents are counted on your billing date.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Choose a different plan in Settings → Subscription.
What happens after the free trial?
Choose a plan to carry on. Until you do, your team can’t use the lender screens.
Is there a set-up fee?
No — R0 set-up fee.
